"It was a lovely surprise to receive an advance copy of KIAFIF. What a super production! The bold headings work well in this edition and I can see what a lot of work you and your colleagues have put in. Congratulations all round! I look forward to seeing KIAFIF on enquiry desks and library shelves everywhere."
Bob Duckett, until his recent retirement Reference Librarian of Bradford Libraries - co-author of Know It All, Find It Fast

"I am absolutely over the moon! I have just returned form delivering a research methods study school, and coming home to this was incredible!! Thank you so much for all of your help, encouragement and support, I would never have done this without you there to keep me going, I am so grateful. It"s been a real pleasure and it was worth every minute."
Alison Jane Pickard, Information and Communication Studies, University of Northumbria - author of Research Methods in Information

"My copy of the new edition has just arrived and it looks great. Thanks very much indeed to everyone who has worked so hard on it for continuing to make the book a success year after year".
Tim Buckley Owen, independent writer and trainer, formerly of Westminster Central Reference Library and the City Business Library - author of Success at the Enquiry Desk

"I have received the copies. A well printed and elegant book lends so much more respectability to the text. It was a pleasure to hold it in my hand. I usually start hunting for errors and other faults immediately, but this time I had no wish to do this. Thank you very much for all your attention, support and help. It was a pleasure to work with you in every respect."
Elena Macevičiütè, Swedish School of Library and Information Science at Borås University College, and Vilnius University, Lithuania - co-editor of Introducing Information Management

"Just wanted you to know that the advance copies all arrived safely - I was delighted to receive the book, it looks absolutely wonderful! Your team do a terrific job on producing really great looking books! Once again, thanks so much for all your help!"
Lorna M. Hughes, Humanities Computing, New York University - author of Digitizing Collections

"Many thanks for the advance copy of the book. I am thrilled with it. The cover is excellent and looks very inviting. The whole book has a very professional feel to it (and that is before you start reading it!). Many thank for all your help. You have done an excellent job."
Barbara Allan, University of Hull Business School - author of Blended Learning, Project Management, Supervising and Leading Teams in ILS, and Supporting Research Students
