Facet Publishing titles have wide appeal across the UK and internationally. We are keen to see our titles translated into foreign languages and welcome requests from publishers. World rights for translation are available on many of our titles. To date our books have been translated into over 25 languages.

Please contact info@facetpublishing.co.uk for appointments at London Book Fair, or for catalogue requests. We are delighted to contact new or existing publishing partners.

Permission rights

Before submitting a permission request to photocopy, use extracts or otherwise reproduce our copyrighted material please ensure that the material you wish to reproduce belongs to Facet Publishing and is not credited to another source. If the latter, there will be a credit line in the acknowledgement pages, footnotes, captions, or lists of figures and tables. If the material is credited to another source, you should direct your request to that other party and not to Facet Publishing.

Permission requests to photocopy extracts must contain the following information:

• author and title of book
• edition number
• copyright year
• exact material, including page numbers, for which permission is requested
• number of copies
• purpose of reproduction
• to whom material will be distributed

Permission requests to republish extracts in another work must contain the following information:

• author and title of book
• edition number
• copyright year
• exact material, including page numbers, for which permission is requested
• author and title of the work in which the material will appear
• format/media of the new work
